Mid-level Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods
• Verify completeness of shipments against records
• Coordinate material delivery within the facility
• Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accurate documentation
• Label containers and organize shipping instructions
• Maintain safety standards and compliance
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Support lean and Core initiatives for continuous improvement
• Adhere to Collins' rules and codes of conduct
• Perform other duties as required, including overtime if necessary

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with MRP systems, preferably SAP
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Basic math skills for measurements and conversions
• Detail-oriented and able to focus on tasks
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Strong self-management and teamwork skills
• Consistent attendance and punctuality

Education Qualification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Colorado Springs, CO 80916: Relocate before starting work (Required)
